Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancellation through the Stripe Customer Portal takes effect at the end of your billing period — your data stays intact and you keep access until then.

What happens if I downgrade?

All your trade data is preserved on every tier. Downgrade reduces what you can compute (e.g., AI usage, account count) but never deletes a trade you logged.

What does the monthly AI budget actually mean?

Each tier has a monthly budget for LLM-powered features (morning brief, post-trade review). Higher tiers get a larger budget. When the budget is reached, the same features keep working via a deterministic heuristic — you're never blocked, just less polished.

Card or SEPA?

Both. Card for instant signup and non-EU users; SEPA Direct Debit for European accounts (lower fees, set-and-forget). Founder tier is card-only — SEPA's 8-week reversibility window doesn't fit a one-time lifetime grant.

Why "founder seats"?

Is there a free trial?

Tradelyst is invite-only during beta. Request an invite on the homepage; if it's approved, you get full access to the Trader tier free during the beta period. After beta, you'll have to pick a plan.
